Coordination of a Flywheel Energy Storage Matrix System: An External Model Approach

چکیده
This paper studies the coordination of a heterogenous flywheel energy storage matrix system aiming at simultaneous reference power tracking and state-of-energy balancing. It is first revealed that this problem solvable if only all systems synchronize to common time-varying manifold governed by nonautonomous dynamic system. Next, treating as an external model, can be decoupled into two separate problems, namely, global double layer estimation local problem. Then, distributed control scheme proposed solve integrating adaptive observer approach certainty equivalence method. Comprehensive case are provided show performance scheme.
